Parenting

We provide conscious parenting courses to support parents improve familial and marital health and wellbeing.

Nutrition

We design nutrition plans based on DNA genetic code reports runs workshops and deliver talks to schools and families.

Yoga

We run parent and child group yoga classes and provide pre and post-natal support to mothers.

Breastfeeding

We provide breastfeeding support to parents through virtual and in person meet ups.

Physiotherapy

Einav from Rise NW10 provides physiotherapy for rehabilitation, musculoskeletal pain and female pelvic pain.

Vision

We deliver vision health talks to schools, domiciliary services and hospital referrals.

SPORTS

Basketball

We run an under 11s girls basketball club to foster the love of the game, build community and make exercise fun.

Chess

We teach chess in person and virtually and host tournaments.

E-Sports

We host e-sports tournaments to further cognitive function and curious minds.

ARTS

Arts

We will host arts and crafts events and provide fun, face painting at parties.

Dance

We host fun and inspiring dance workout events and lessons for families.

Music

We will provide music tuition for children.
